Rogers to Speak at CBA 2024 High Stakes Tort Litigation Virtual Program

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP partner William J. Rogers will speak at the 2024 Chicago Bar Association (CBA) Tort Litigation Committee's online program on October 10.

The 'High Stakes Tort Litigation' two-hour program will feature a notable panel discussing the secrets of various stages of high-stakes litigation, from jury selection and pre-trial strategy through the presentment of a case and closing arguments. Rogers is set to join Honorable Thomas V. Lyons II of the Law Division at the Circuit Court of Cook County, along with Patrick A. Salvi II. Elizabeth A. Kaveny will moderate the discussion.
