Michael A. Long

Overview

Michael A. Long is a partner at the firm’s Chicago office, where he focuses his practice on toxic tort litigation. Before joining Swanson, Martin, & Bell, LLP, Michael was a criminal prosecutor for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. As an assistant state’s attorney, he worked in several divisions, gaining extensive experience in prosecuting hundreds of misdemeanor and felony offenses and taking over 60 cases to trial. In addition, Michael authored appellate briefs and petitioned for numerous civil orders of protection.
