Overview

Jack A. Gould is an experienced litigator at Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP. He focuses his practice on the defense of complex civil litigation in the areas of product liability, mass tort and general liability, including cases involving catastrophic injuries. He also engages in commercial, coverage, construction, entertainment and bankruptcy-related matters. Jack’s clients range from large corporations and non-profit institutions to small businesses.
