Thevatheril to Lead Panel in 16th Annual Symposium with the Judges
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partner Aiju C. Thevatheril will lead a distinguished panel discussion at the 2025 Symposium with the Judges, hosted by Law Bulletin Media on December 3, 2025.
The session, “Trial Practice II (During Trial),” will feature Hon. Patrick J. Heneghan, Hon. Patricia O’Brien Sheahan, and Hon. Preston Jones Jr., all of the Circuit Court of Cook County’s Trial Section. The panel will share insights on keeping jurors engaged, making effective use of technology, presenting damages clearly, and crafting persuasive closing arguments.
The Symposium with the Judges brings together members of the bench and bar for a day of practical insights on trial advocacy. Judges from the Circuit Court of Cook County’s Law Division share their perspectives, offer candid commentary, and provide valuable guidance to practitioners on courtroom strategy and best practices.
