Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP recently welcomed a partner and two associates to its Libertyville and Chicago offices.
Eva C. Sosnowska is a partner in the firm’s Libertyville office, concentrating her practice on the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals, and long-term care facilities in medical malpractice cases. She received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2011 and her B.A. from Scripps College in 2006.
Celeste M. Elsey is an associate at the firm’s Chicago office, specializing in medical malpractice litigation. She received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2019 and her B.S. in nursing from the University of Loyola Chicago in 2013.
Michael W. Pennel is an associate at the firm’s Chicago office, concentrating his practice on general civil litigation, primarily asbestos litigation, toxic tort litigation, product liability, and premise liability litigation. He received his J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2024 and his B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2021.
