Eva is a partner and a member of the Medical Negligence and Healthcare practice group. She concentrates her practice on the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals, and long-term care facilities in medical malpractice cases. She also vigilantly represents clients in premises liability and personal injury matters.
Eva is a seasoned litigator with an extensive understanding of discovery, mediation, and trial. Earlier in her career, she prosecuted medical malpractice matters and obtained favorable trial results for the defense.
