Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Secures Non-Guilty Verdict in Medical Negligence Case

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP attorneys Aiju C. Thevatheril, William P. Greubel, III and Sydney A. Erickson secured a defense verdict at trial on behalf of their clients, a nurse practitioner, emergency medicine physician, an internal medicine hospitalist, and a local area hospital system in a case involving the death of a 57-year-old patient. 

 Plaintiff asked the jury for $5,450,000. Following a 2-week trial, the jury returned a verdict for the defense. The case was tried before Judge Kevin D. Costello.
