Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is pleased to announce it has achieved Mansfield Certification for 2023–24. The firm remains dedicated to continuously building and maintaining an inclusive, diverse workforce.The 12-month program is designed to increase diversity and expand the pool of candidates considered for entry-level and lateral attorney positions, leadership roles, equity partner promotions, and client connections within the firm. It involves pursuing specific and measurable objectives to help highlight qualified women, racially and ethnically diverse, disabled, and members of the LGBTQ+ community and professionals who might otherwise go unnoticed for consideration.
Data shows that firms that remain focused and accountable to the Mansfield Certification process year-over-year are making substantial progress in creating inclusive talent practices and diversifying their leadership ranks. Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP has experienced positive progress and has reaffirmed its commitment to Mansfield Certification for 2024-2025.
