Levitt Acuna Named to 2024 Law Bulletin Media's 40 Under Forty List
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP partner Jessica Levitt Acuna was named to Law Bulletin Media's "40 Under Forty" list for 2024.
Law Bulletin Media received over 1,150 nominations for attorneys across Illinois this year. According to "40 Under Forty," to be named to the list, honorees must have intelligence, passion, success in the office, a desire to help the community, and a willingness to work hard.
Over the past decade, Acuna has devoted her practice to the defense of hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice lawsuits. She also represents clients in other general tort matters, including premises liability cases at all stages of litigation, including through trial and appeal.
Acuna’s recognition marks the tenth consecutive year that a Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP attorney has been named to "40 Under Forty."
