John P. Arranz has extensive experience assisting companies and individuals through a variety of efforts. In environmental, asbestos, and toxic tort matters, John focuses on defense strategy and implementation in federal (in a number of district courts and multidistrict litigation throughout the country) and state litigation in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. John has extensive experience in environmental, asbestos, and toxic tort litigation from initial case evaluation, all aspects of discovery (including expert discovery), dispositive motions, mediation, and trial to verdict.
