Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Secure Defense Verdict in St. Louis Asbestos Trial

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP attorneys John P. Arranz, Adam H. Doeringer and Paula Gutierrez secured a defense verdict at trial on behalf of their client, a friction defendant, in St. Louis, Missouri.

The plaintiff alleged that the defendant’s products contained asbestos and caused the plaintiff’s lung cancer. Following a two week trial, the jury returned a verdict for the defendant. The case was tried before Judge Lynne Perkins.
