Arranz to Present at 2024 National FETTI's Annual Conference
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partner John P. Arranz will co-present "Litigating the Periodic Table" at the National Forum for Environmental & Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI) 30th Annual Conference on September 27, 2024.
Arranz and his fellow panelists will discuss lessons from litigating the elements (Be, Cr, Hg, Pb, and K), delve into comprehensive strategies for risk avoidance and limitations, as well as how to transfer risk, including demonstrating best practices for defense in environmental cases.

John has extensive experience in environmental, asbestos, and toxic tort litigation from initial case evaluation, all aspects of discovery (including expert discovery), dispositive motions, mediation, and trial to verdict.
