Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Named to Exelon's 2022 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Honor Roll
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP has been recognized by Exelon's 2022 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Honor Roll. The DEI Honor Roll recognizes business partners for their efforts to include women and people of color in key roles on Exelon's account teams, as well as additional efforts that recognize the value of DEI in the workplace.
Partner C. Matt Alva and associate Rebecca Charles joined over 50 guests at Exelon's Diversity Honor Roll and Constellation Legal All-Hands Dinner in Baltimore on October 12. Matt and Rebecca are both members of Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP's Diversity Committee. The committee raises awareness, supports structures for underrepresented groups, and develops educational programs leading to a greater understanding of culture and diversity.
