Kristen Cooke to Speak at the 2025 ABA Motor Vehicle Product Liability Conference

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partner Kristen A. Cooke is set to speak at the 2025 Motor Vehicle Product Liability Litigation Conference hosted by the American Bar Association (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section on April 24, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Cooke will join fellow speakers in a session titled “How Does Climate Change Affect Automotive Litigation,” where she will help facilitate a discussion on the ongoing implications of climate change and how those implications have reached the world of automotive litigation.

This conference hosted by the ABA will provide opportunities to learn and network with the nation's leading motor vehicle product liability experts and industry professionals.
