Overview

Kristen A. Cooke is a partner at Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, where she specializes in product liability litigation, with a particular focus on automotive product liability matters. She also represents railroads in Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) cases and crossing litigation. Kristen has achieved favorable results for her clients at every stage of litigation, from pre-suit disputes to trial and appeal.
