Harvey Aids Tinley Park-Park District in Mental Health Center Redevelopment
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP proudly announces that Partner Elizabeth S. Harvey has been retained by The Tinley Park-Park District to assist in addressing environmental issues for a new recreational space on the land of a vacant mental health center. Phase I of the project includes multipurpose athletic fields, a domed sports complex with a soccer field, a stadium with a track, and more.Harvey joined Senator Michael Hastings, Representatives Robert Rita and Debbie Meyers-Martin, and other supporters at a press conference on August 29 to celebrate the signing of House Bill 3743. House Bill 3743 allows the land of the mental health center to be transferred to the Tinley Park-Park District for $1. The Park District was also awarded a $15 million state grant to study and address environmental issues at the property.
