Overview
Elizabeth S. Harvey concentrates her practice in environmental law, with extensive experience in cases involving contaminated property and groundwater. Her expertise includes Superfund/CERCLA litigation, RCRA litigation, private cost recovery actions under both state and federal law, as well as matters involving the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, and their state counterparts. Elizabeth also defends clients in enforcement actions initiated by environmental agencies, including the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA). Additionally, she has a broad range of experience in environmental administrative proceedings.
