Troy M. Sphar is a partner at Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, where he serves as Chair of the firm’s Employment Litigation and Counseling Practice Group. With an established reputation, he represents and advises both employers and individuals on a broad spectrum of employment issues. His expertise includes restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements, trade secret protection, termination decisions, employee manuals, and best employment practices. Troy successfully navigates these matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of Labor.
