Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Welcomes Three New Attorneys
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP welcomes lateral partner, Christopher J. Molzen to its Kansas City office and lateral associates, Timothy J. Cho to its Chicago office and Abigail C. Meibaum to its St. Louis office.
Christopher focuses his practice on medical negligence and healthcare, professional liability, and product liability cases. He has represented hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers in both trial and appellate courts across the country. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1987 and his B.A. from the University of Missouri Columbia in 1983.
Timothy focuses his practice on a variety of litigation matters. He received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2020 and his B.A. from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2017.
Abigail focuses her practice on general civil litigation, including commercial litigation and business disputes, product liability, and toxic torts. She received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2024 and her B.S. from Texas A&M University in 2021.
