Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Welcomes Four Lateral Associates

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP announces that four attorneys have joined the firm as associates.

Gregory M. Emry practices in the Chicago office and focuses on Environmental Law, Construction Litigation and Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes. He received his J.D. in 2018 from Loyola University School of Law and his B.A. in 2009 from University of Colorado at Boulder. He was previously an Assistant State’s Attorney at DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office in Wheaton.

Bonnie B. Kelly practices in the Chicago office and focuses on Asbestos Litigation, Toxic Tort Litigation and Product Liability. She received her J.D. in 2020 from University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly known as The John Marshall Law School) and her B.S. in 2015 from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She was previously an associate at McKenna Storer in Chicago.

Shannon M. Luschen practices in the Chicago office and focuses on Asbestos Litigation, Toxic Tort Litigation and Product Liability. She received her J.D. cum laude in 2019 from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her B.A. in 2016 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She was previously an associate at Feinberg Sharma, P.C. in Chicago.

Andrew G. Uecker
practices in the St. Louis office and focuses on Asbestos Litigation, Toxic Tort Litigation and Product Liability. He received his J.D. in 2016 from Saint Louis University School of Law, his M.A. in 2008 from Webster University and his B.A. in 2005 from Truman State University. He was previously an Assistant Public Defender at the Missouri State Public Defender System, serving in the St. Louis City Trial Office.
