Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is pleased to announce Mark W. Kifarkis has been elevated to partner, effective January 1, 2026.

Mark W. Kifarkis joined the firm in 2018 and focuses his practice on asbestos litigation defense handling all aspects of litigation representing equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and premises. He received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2017, his paralegal certificate from Roosevelt University in 2012, and his B.A. from Roosevelt University in 2011.
