Michael W. Drumke focuses his practice on trials involving complex business litigation matters, including toxic tort, product liability, pharmaceutical, and commercial litigation. He serves as national trial counsel for several defendants named in asbestos related litigation across the country. He also serves as national coordinating counsel for several defendants in asbestos related litigation and lead counsel for several premises’ owners named in toxic tort litigation in the Midwest.
Robert E. Elworth is a partner at the firm’s Chicago office. He concentrates his practice on appellate litigation, trial court critical motions, and the defense of insurance producer errors and omissions claims. Robert has represented clients in litigation pending in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska, Texas, Ohio, New York, and Louisiana.
Michael A. McCaskey is an accomplished litigator practicing in federal and state courts throughout the country. He has extensive experience in the area of product liability litigation with a focus on catastrophic injury, class actions, and complex commercial disputes. His trial experience includes some of the most challenging jurisdictions in the country. Mike also counsels clients regarding internal and governmental defect investigations, product recalls, compliance with regulatory standards, warnings and manuals, and emerging issues with connected and autonomous vehicles.
