Biography

Stuart R. Sergeant is an attorney at Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP. He focuses his practice on product liability defense. His practice has included serving as national coordinating counsel and local counsel for various defendants involved in asbestos litigation.

Prior to joining Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, Stuart spent 14 years with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office where he handled over 40 jury trials and prosecuted all types and levels of criminal matters.
