Sheean to Serve as Law Institute Liaison at 2023 DRI Trucking Seminar
Partner Christopher T. Sheean will serve as Law Institute Liaison at DRI’s 2023 Trucking Litigation Essentials Seminar on June 14 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The seminar will cover essential comprehensive strategies for defending your trucking case and discuss everything from how to handle an emergency call to thoroughly investigating an accident from start to finish. Other select topics include electronic data and preserving it as evidence, work/life balance of a trucking lawyers, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, driver handbooks/manuals, and more.
