Sheean Participates in FDCC Annual Meeting CLE on Risk Transfer and Indemnity Agreements

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partner Christopher T. Sheean recently participated in a CLE presentation at the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel’s Annual Meeting.

The presentation, “Between the Lines: Transferring Risk and Enforcing Indemnity Agreements in Complex Commercial Relationships”, examined issues involving risk allocation, contractual indemnity provisions, and the enforcement of indemnity agreements in complex commercial settings.
