Biography
Rhea focuses her practice on the defense of product liability, toxic tort, and occupational injury claims, including asbestos litigation. Prior to joining Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, Rhea practiced at a Chicago defense firm where she represented and defended clients in product and premise liability and toxic tort cases.During law school, Rhea worked as an extern for a national non-profit medical organization where she focused on intellectual property and healthcare issues. She also worked on healthcare regulatory compliance and contract matters as an extern with a 13-hospital health system. Additionally, Rhea served as an editor of the Law Review and a member of the International Moot Court Society.
