Robert W. Stephens

Biography

Robert is an associate in the firm’s St. Louis office. Robert concentrates his practice in toxic tort litigation including asbestos litigation defense. Prior to joining the firm, Robert represented national and regional defendants in asbestos litigation in both Missouri and Illinois. He also had extensive experience in defending workers compensation cases in Missouri and Illinois. Additionally, Robert is a Court Approved Mediator in the Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit for the City of St. Louis.
