Overview

Rick C. Shea concentrates his areas of practice in asbestos and toxic tort litigation, construction litigation, product liability and general tort defense. His practice includes significant experience in defending asbestos matters on a local and national level on behalf of industrial product manufacturers and premises owners. He also has experience in defending owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction litigation involving personal injury accidents as well as other clients in general tort claims.
