Rogers, Donohue Obtain Defense Verdict for Anesthesiologist

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP partner William J. Rogers and associate Megan E. Donohue obtained a not guilty verdict in May in a medical malpractice defense case in Cook County Circuit Court.

Rogers and Donohue represented an anesthesiologist and his suburban anesthesiology practice. The plaintiff claimed that the anesthesiologist failed to keep her under anesthesia and she moved during eye surgery resulting in choroidal hemorrhage and blindness in the eye.
