Overview

Robert E. Elworth is a partner at the firm’s Chicago office. He concentrates his practice on the defense of insurance producer errors and omissions claims and appellate litigation. Robert has represented clients in litigation pending in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska, Texas, and Louisiana. He has briefed more than 60 appellate cases in the Illinois Supreme and Appellate Courts, the United States Supreme Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Iowa Supreme Court, and the Nebraska Court of Appeals. He has argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and in four of the Illinois Appellate Court districts.
