Ross Bartolotta is a partner at Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP. He is a trial attorney who practices in both state and federal court. Ross’ practice areas are diverse and he focuses his practice in warranty/fraud litigation, civil rights defense, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, construction litigation, and a wide variety of general civil litigation areas, including personal injury defense. Ross represents individuals, small businesses and Fortune 500 companies in lawsuits filed in Illinois and throughout the Midwest.
