Biography
Paul concentrates his practice in the areas of asbestos and product liability. He has represented nearly 50 different corporate defendants in asbestos litigation over the past 10 years. Paul has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years, spending 10 years in Kansas City, Missouri and the last 16 years in St. Louis, Missouri.
Paul has appeared for motions in Madison, St. Clair, McLean and Sangamon Counties and the City of St. Louis. Paul has also deposed plaintiffs, fact witnesses, experts and physicians in asbestos litigation. He has defended such representative products as pumps, compressors, boilers, brakes, grinders, apparel, gaskets and home improvement products. Paul has also defended premises and contractor defendants. He is well acquainted with nearly all local plaintiffs’ attorneys and has appeared before most judges in Madison County and St. Louis.
