Paula Gutierrez

Biography

Paula practices civil litigation at Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, with a focus on toxic tort, product liability, and premises liability defense, primarily handling asbestos matters. Before transitioning to civil defense, Paula served as a public defender, where she gained significant trial experience and honed her skills as a courtroom advocate. Her practice is also informed by seven years of service in the U.S. Air Force, where she developed the leadership, discipline, and mission-focused mindset that continues to guide her approach to legal advocacy.
