Patterson Speaks at Litigation Funding Forum
Partner William D. Patterson will speak on March 26th at the Litigation Funding Forum 2020 in New York City.Patterson's presentation is on "Pitching the Case – A Guide to Finding Litigation Funding." He will discuss how to identify a case ripe for litigation funding, how to prepare for litigation funding due diligence, and the role of litigation counsel in the funding process.
