O’Toole Peterson Speaks at Saint Mary’s College Alumnae Research Symposium
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Associate Nicole O’Toole Peterson spoke at Saint Mary’s College Alumnae Research Symposium on April 30th, 2026 in South Bend, Indiana.
The panel was titled “Research in the World: How Alumnae use Research in their Careers” Panelists were able to share about their various career paths and the role research played in getting them to where we are today, and how they’ve utilized research in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Nicole O’Toole Peterson focuses her practice on commercial litigation and business disputes, as well as entertainment, media and sports law, and intellectual property and transactional services.
She represents national and international organizations in state and federal court in complex commercial litigation and contractual and business tort disputes. Nicole is also a member of the Saint Mary’s College Alumnae Association Board of Directors.
