Biography
Olivia Duggins is an associate at the firm's Chicago office, where she focuses on general litigation. Her practice encompasses a variety of areas, including commercial & entertainment matters, product liability, general tort, and medical malpractice. She also provides pro bono legal services through Lawyers for the Creative Arts, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing legal assistance to clients across all disciplines of the art and entertainment fields.
Olivia began her role as a Summer Associate at Swanson, Martin & Bell in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Olivia served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Justice Debra Walker in the Cook County Domestic Relations Division. She also utilized her 711 license to work as a student attorney for the University of Illinois Immigration Law Clinic.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys listening to live music, playing pickleball, binge-watching reality television, and pilates cooking.

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is pleased to welcome new associates Brooke M. Behler, Paris O. Booker, E.Tripp Burton, Ariana L. Devereaux, Olivia E. Duggins, Brittany C. Dushman, and Meredith H. Green to the firm. All these individuals were sworn in as members of the Illinois Bar and Missouri Bar in 2024. They previously participated in the firm's innovative summer associate internship program in 2023.
