Nickels Hosts Presentation for Notre Dame Law Students
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP partner Timothy G. Nickels hosted nearly 50 students studying law at the University of Notre Dame at the firm's Chicago office this week.
The students were in Chicago as part of Notre Dame's GALILEE program, which gives law students the opportunity to learn about public interest and public service law through student-designed urban immersion programs over winter break.
Nickels and fellow Notre Dame alumni spoke about their legal practices and how they chose their specific field. Along with Nickels, partners Peter G. Skiko and Catherine Basque Weiler and associates Ryan Finlen and Emily J. Fitzgerald also participated.
Nickels is in the midst of a two-year term serving as President of the Notre Dame Law Association Board. He received both his J.D. and B.A. from Notre Dame.
