Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Welcomes Lateral Associate, New Law School Graduates

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP announces that one lateral attorney and five new law graduates have joined the firm’s Chicago office as associates.

Amakie Amattey focuses on Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes, Real Estate Litigation and Transactional Services, and Product Liability. She received her J.D. in 2021 from the University of Wisconsin and her B.A. in 2017 from Northwestern University.

Brentyn D. Baccega focuses on Entertainment Law, Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes, Employment Litigation and Counseling, and Intellectual Property and Transactional Services. He received his J.D. in 2021 from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his B.S. in 2017 from Indiana University Bloomington.

Caitlin M. Barry focuses on Medical Negligence and Healthcare Litigation. She received her J.D. in 2021 from DePaul College of Law and her B.S in 2016 from Miami University.

Jeffrey S. Elmer focuses on Asbestos Litigation and Toxic Tort Litigation. He received his J.D. in 2020 from DePaul University College of Law and his B.A. in 2015 from San Francisco State University. He was previously an associate at Gunty & McCarthy in Chicago.

Paige A. Krueger focuses on Medical Negligence and Healthcare, as well as General Trial Practice. She received her J.D. in 2021 from the University of Illinois at Chicago Law School and her B.A. in 2018 from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Ryan M. Slovis
focuses on Medical Negligence and Healthcare, as well as Product Liability. He received his J.D. in 2021 from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his B.A. in 2018 from Miami University.
