Monaco Named TIPS’ Product Liability Committee Vice Chair

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partner Anthony J. Monaco has been appointed Vice-Chair for the Products Liability Committee for the ABA’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.  The one-year appointment began this month and will run until the end of July 2016.

At Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Monaco serves as Chair of the firm’s Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Practice Group and focuses his practice on the defense of corporations in catastrophic injury litigation.
