BiographyMark focuses his practice on asbestos litigation defense handling all aspects of litigation representing equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and premises. He is responsible for the preparation of pleadings and motions, drafting discovery, deposing witnesses, litigation strategy, and settlements. As part of his practice, Mark is also responsible for case management across multiple jurisdictions across the United States. He also advises and represents banks on commercial loans and prepares loan documents to ensure his client’s rights and protections.
In law school, Mark was a member of the Chicago-Kent Law Review and had his law review article on the Fourth Amendment’s Private Search Doctrine published. Mark also earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy and was a criminal law teaching assistant for first-year law students.
