Micah Fishman

Biography

Micah is an associate at the firm’s Chicago office. He utilizes his litigation and corporate insurance background to assist various firm practice groups, including commercial litigation, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, and general trial practice.

Prior to joining Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, Micah was an associate at a national insurance coverage firm, providing counsel to commercial insurance companies on complex coverage matters in products liability, environmental, and construction claims. While in law school, Micah was a judicial extern to the Honorable Eve M. Reilly of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chancery Division. Micah also served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review and was a member of the Chicago-Kent Moot Court Honors Society. 

Outside the office, Micah enjoys riding his bike, scuba diving, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

Amanda J. Alasauskas focuses her practice on Entertainment and Media Law, Intellectual Property Litigation and Transactional Services, Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes and Product Liability. She received her J.D. in 2017 from DePaul University College of Law and her B.A. in 2014 from the Indiana University Bloomington.
