Kevin is a member of the firm’s Medical Negligence and Healthcare practice group and, thus, mainly focuses his practice on the representation of hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice lawsuits. Additionally, he represents clients in other general tort and product liability work. Prior to joining Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, Kevin worked at a prominent Washington, D.C. area plaintiff’s personal injury firm, where he gained extensive trial experience as lead counsel representing clients in wrongful death, personal injury, medical malpractice, and whistleblower protection matters.
