Kaitlyn N. Kloss


Kaitlyn is an associate at Swanson, Martin & Bell’s Chicago Office. She concentrates her litigation practice on commercial litigation, class action defense, and product liability defense. Kaitlyn also provides transactional services in the commercial, entertainment, and intellectual property spheres, including drafting production, performance, and remixing agreements; publishing agreements; and management agreements.

Kaitlyn began her career as a Summer Associate with the firm in 2022. Before joining Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, Kaitlyn clerked at a Chicago law firm where she gained extensive experience representing clients pursuing claims of child welfare negligence and civil rights violations through all stages of litigation. During law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Kaitlyn served as a Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society, an Executive Articles Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review, and a teaching assistant for multiple courses.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn looks forward to donating her time to providing pro bono legal services through many organizations in Chicago. She is also passionate about theatre, dance, and working her way through a good book.
