Keegan Madden to Present at The 2022 DRI Drug and Medical Device Seminar
Associate Keegan Madden will present at the 2022 DRI Drug and Medical Device Seminar on September 8 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Keegan will join Gabe Winsberg, and Ritika Bhakri in "The Surgeon Put a Left in a Right?," a special session featured in the "Young Lawyers Blockbuster" programming.
Their panel will examine claims involving medical device sales representatives, including an overview of key responsibilities and doctrines, effective defense strategies, recent developments, and case law that has significantly impacted the industry.
The three-day seminar offers a variety of opportunities to learn and network with clients and colleagues from across the country in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.
