Keating Addresses Lawsuits Against Franchisees at DRI Seminar

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP Partner Richard J. Keating, Jr. and David D. Marshall, In-House Counsel at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., are scheduled speakers at this year’s DRI Retail and Hospitality Litigation and Claims Management Seminar.  Keating and Marshall will address “Lawsuits Against Your Franchisee: Making Sure The Brand Is Protected” as part of the seminar, held May 16-17 in Chicago.
