Overview
John concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury/medical negligence defense litigation and commercial landlord-tenant litigation. Since 1992, John has been representing defendants in medical negligence, premises liability, and insurance defense matters. John has tried multiple cases to verdict and he has represented defendants in complex, multi-party personal injury and medical negligence cases. John has experience in a wide variety of issues concerning defense litigation.
