Joseph D. D. Sweeny


Joseph Sweeny is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office. He practices in general civil litigation with a focus on product liability, business disputes, construction litigation, toxic tort, entertainment law, and other general tort matters including premises liability and medical malpractice. Joseph has practiced in multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States and most regularly practices in state and federal courts throughout Illinois.

Joseph has effectively represented manufacturers, distributors and retailers as well as commercial and residential contractors and developers and commercial real estate management companies. Joseph also has experience litigating cases on behalf of physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
