Joseph P. Kincaid is an equity partner at Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, and a founding member of both the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes Practice Group and the Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group, where he served as co-chair for several years. Joseph is known for crafting innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.
