Biography
Joshua R. Hubbs is an associate in the firm’s Chicago Office. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, labor & employment, and general liability. A substantial portion of his practice is dedicated to the commercial defense and employment counseling for businesses of all sizes in various industries. His practice also includes construction, and real estate litigation.
Prior to joining Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, he was an associate at a Chicago law firm where he gained comprehensive experience leading cases through all stages of litigation. During law school at The Ohio State University, he was a member of the Business Law Association, Real Estate Law Association, and an Associate Editor of the Criminal Law Journal.
Joshua holds degrees in International Business, Business Management, and Marketing, from North Central College where he graduated Cum Laude and was an NCAA athlete. Josh practices in both Illinois state and federal court, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
