Biography
Jacob Caudill joined Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP's Libertyville office as an associate in 2018.Prior to joining the firm, Caudill successfully litigated for corporate and municipal clients on a variety of matters, including employment, FOIA, foreclosure, and breach of contract.
In law school, Caudill was a judicial intern for Justice Susan F. Hutchinson of the Illinois Appellate Court, Second District, where he gained invaluable experience performing legal research. Caudill was also an associate editor for the Northern Illinois University Law Review.

In one of the first in-person civil litigation jury trials in Lake County since the COVID-19 pandemic, the plaintiff asked the jury for nearly $15 million in lost wages, past and future pain and suffering and disfigurement.
